Penn State's Applied Research Lab and the Center for Community and Public Safety have developed a web-based non-lethal weapons certificate and a DVD version of the course for the Department of Defense. The online course is offered through ANGEL, Penn State's Course Management System. The DVD version of the certificate is contained on a DVD-ROM data disc, for use in computers with DVD drives.
